CustomerLounge is all about consumer communication and engagement and enables your service advisors to digitally engage with customers, using a familiar chat-like interface, in a way that suits them - on their mobiles and tablets.
Ideally, you’ll be a single site dealer running CDK Autoline Rev 8, want to make your service advisor more productive, and have aftersales customers you wish were more engaged.
As a pilot site we will provide:
- Integration to your CDK system (read-only)
- Full training and support for your customer-facing and IT staff
- A consumer interface customised with your branding
- Full usage stats and KPI reports
